Survival period is common among Critical Illness insurances to ensure the Insured Person to survive for a specific period (usually 7 to 30 days) of time after the first diagnosis date of a critical illness in order to be entitled to claim. For InfiniCare, there’s a 14-day Survival Period for Terminal Illness. There is no survival period required for other Critical Illness listed in InfiniCare’s Policy as long as the Insured Person is confirmed to be diagnosed with the covered critical illness before passing away.
