Consultation fees are covered by our Plus, Ultra Plan and Prestige Plan, it provides more comprehensive coverage options and also it is more expensive.


Our Essential plans don't cover consultation fees because we want to offer more affordable options for owners who just want insurance for the big expenses, such as surgery. A pet owner will on average bring their pets for consultation 2-3 times a year and the fees are generally fixed. As consultation expenses can generally be anticipated, we decided to exclude it to lower premiums for Essential plan.
