What would happen if I miss a premium payment?

Don’t worry. Our policy includes a grace period allowing customers sufficient time to address missed premiums. During the grace period, the system will attempt to process the payment every 3 days. The policy will remain valid once the outstanding premium is successfully paid. However, the policy will be terminated if we still do not receive the overdue premium after the grace period ends.
The Fire insurance policy will be automatically renewed 20 days before the next policy effective date. If the premium is not successfully deducted before the next policy effective date, the policy will be automatically terminated.
* The grace period for Pet insurance, Turtle, Tortoise & Bird Insurance, and Critical Illness insurance is 30 days.
The grace period for Home insurance and Home Appliances Warranty insurance is 7 days.
